Dante in Italia

I started school here in early March and now we have only one more day after today! We had our end of the year spectaular show three times in the past week or two. I'm glad I don't have to dance like a penguin any more! Can you believe we are still getting homework? But I guess today will be the last day of it. But we do get a workbook to do over the summer. That's good for me, or I might forget everything!!! Did I say that they give a lot of homework here? Well, they do. In one night here I might have more than I had for the whole week in America.

This week I was feeling a little homesick, especially when I thought about homework. It was much easier in America, even though writing and reading in Italian is easier to do, they just give so much homework. I guess I am lucky because I have a tutor who helps me almost every day.

In two weeks my big brother and nephew will be visiting us here in Italy. I can't wait!! We are going to have lots of fun. Good thing Sebastian likes pasta and pizza. He will eat a lot of that here. His mom will pack macaroni and cheese because we can't get that here.
